PASE – Public Policies and Social Enterprises
The project PASE – Public Policies and Social Enterprises, made possible by the INTERREG IVC Programme and co-financed by the ERDF, aims at enforcing the effectiveness of the partner's regional public policies in promoting and supporting social entrepreneurship as an important lever for local economic development and territorial competitiveness.
The project is promoted by 9 partners, public bodies at regional and local level, coming from 7 different EU member States (BE, IT, RO, PL, DE, ES, FR).
TO disseminate project results, DIESIS organises a half-day round table on 26th October (9.30-13.00) in Brussels
on: Public procurement and public social partnerships: the prospects for social enterprises and the reform of EU rules.
The aim of the round table is to present two practical good practices (Italy and Belgium) and the PASE recommendations to a selected group of EU experts and EU networks and to discuss the coming reform of public procurement and the prospects for social economy. The format is a very participative and interactive round table where everybody will contribute with his/her expertise. The round table will be held in English.
