The REDA stimulates the regional economic development by means of regional development projects, measures fostering the development of the SME sector and results-oriented active employment measures.

REDA provides complex support for starting-up and developing own business, establishes contacts with Bulgarian and foreign partners, co-operates with organizations supporting business development in the region, implements economic and regional development projects.
